At Dermave, we want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that products are at least 50% full and include any promotional gifts received.
Affix the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our lab, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
